resume
A native of Rochester, New York, I’m used to snow, snow, incredible grocery stores, and more snow. Maybe that’s why I continue to reside in the Northeast and punish myself with never-ending winters, cold ankles and ludicrous heating bills.
I have a B.A. from Brown University in Modern American History. I graduated with honors on completion of my thesis, “Style Versus Substance: The Battle Over the Equal Rights Amendment,” a project I am continuing today thanks to an independent scholars grant from the Schlesinger Library at Harvard University.
After graduation, I moved to New York City, where I worked at ABCNews.com and Esquire magazine. I currently live and write in Brooklyn.
